Perimeter Excavated

Today I dug around the outside of the slab to make some room for the flashing that will surround the perimeter.

I only needed to go down 4 in., but I dug extra deep to make room for gravel which will prevent mud from splashing onto the siding when it rains.

I also finished the remaining knock-in bridging. Nearly out of red steel parts now.
