Insulation Delivery

The insulation arrived today.

The building was also supposed to be delivered today, but the driver was running behind. I’m now feeling extra smart for renting the forklift for a week.

Initially they unloaded the insulation out of a large box-van onto the slab.

My son, Blaise, was very excited to help me move the insulation into the garage with the forklift.

Though it’s wrapped in plastic, it isn’t really safe to store outdoors. The forklift turned out to be useful in moving it to the garage.

This is enough 6 in. thick insulation to cover all the walls and the entire ceiling of the building.

My woodworking shop is now officially taken over by a massive pile of insulation.
