Recently I finished up the last electrical tasks, namely installing all the outlets.
I’m using commercial grade outlets throughout the building, which are not only more durable but much nicer to work with.
First I pre-wired the jumper-wires for all the double outlets in the live room.
Each set of double outlets have their own home-runs to the panel, providing excellent grounding throughout the building for sensitive equipment.
Then I was finally able to install the wall-plates.
I intentionally waited a few weeks to install the wall plates as to let the wall paint cure. Otherwise the wall plates will rip the paint off when you remove them in the future.
