Design Work Continued

I’m still iterating on the design.

Early on, the design was fairly simple. Many later designs aimed to have a second story of some sort. Lately I’ve been working on a version that has n extra room above the control room.

This design has a lot of rooms which is going to make the build more expensive and difficult.

In this design, the studio would be built as two separate structures, helping to isolate between loud and quiet spaces.

Peter says the loft is going to eventually be my son’s bedroom.

The second floor would be a loft, perhaps useful for setting up an office or for doing podcasting.

I’ve got a pretty accurate model of the existing building. I’m using that to size the interior structure to fit inside.
