This week, in preparation for final closed-cell spray-foam that will be installed this weekend, I’ve been closing up all the remaining openings with rigid foam.

First I closed up the attic side-wall. I had left this open to get full sheets of rigid insulation above the rafters.

I secured it with a few screws and foamed it all in from the attic side, and it’ll eventually be foamed in on the other side as well.

I also filled in the triangular gap on the gable end.

Finally I put some foam pieces in the last 2 corners on the other gable end. Now I’m all set for the closed-cell to be sprayed.
